Shipping Policy

In order to be eligible for shipping:

• Orders can only be shipped to a Texas address.
• A legal adult (21+) must sign for the package on delivery.
• We cannot ship to a Post Office Box.
• No returns - No refunds. 
• Our packaging only allows us to ship up to 3 bottles per box (There is no Bottle limit per order)
• If you would like to order 12+ Bottles (a case or more), please contact us directly at Lauren@TheFermMeadery.com
• If you have a problem with your order, please contact us at Lauren@TheFermMeadery.com.
• Once orders are shipped, they become the responsibility of the recipient. 
•  RenMead is not responsible for failed delivery. In the event of a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange for pickup or redelivery at the recipient's expense.
